摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文主要针对高校体育课外活动同课堂教学的联系展开深入研究,通过论述高校体育教学中存在的不足之处,重点提出了几点建议,主要包括创新体育传统教学模式、集中整合理论和实践活动、完善体育教学机制、完善教学考核评价体系等,促进高校体育课外活动课课堂教学的协调运行,共同致力于学生专业素质、身体素质的提升,从而使教学效果大大提升上来。

Abstract: This paper mainly focuses on the in-depth study of the relationship between extracurricular sports activities and classroom teaching in Colleges and universities. Through the discussion of the shortcomings in physical education teaching in Colleges and universities, it puts forward several suggestions, mainly including the innovation of traditional physical education teaching mode, the centralized integration of theoretical and practical activities, the improvement of physical education teaching mechanism, the improvement of teaching assessment and evaluation system, etc., so as to promote physical education in Colleges and universities The coordinated operation of the classroom teaching of the external activity course is committed to the improvement of the students' professional quality and physical quality, so as to greatly improve the teaching effect.
