基于产教融合校企合作的职业教育教学模式研究

摘要: 产教融合校企合作,是我国高等教育适应、把握、引领基础研究和高技术领域发展新常态,实现技术转移和成果转化持续健康发展的主动选择,以使高等教育体系更加适应科技创新、技术创新需求结构的变化。高等院校作为我国培养高级专门人才、传授专业知识和技能的基地,无论是从教育性,还是学术性或是从自治性来说,都决定了必然要与社会发展的要求相适应,与自身的使命相符合。本文从校企合作背景下产教融合的时代意义入手,在对高校职业教育教学改革刻不容缓、势在必行重要性加以辨析的基础上,分别从嵌入式产教融合教学设计、师资队伍建设、以科研能力的提升提升产教融合的实际效果三个方面提出基于产教融合校企合作的职业教育教学模式的创建路径选择。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education into school-enterprise cooperation is an active choice for China's higher education to adapt to, grasp and lead the new normal of development in the field of basic research and high technology, and to realize the sustainable and healthy development of technology transfer and achievement transformation, so as to make the higher education system more adaptable to the changes in the demand structure of scientific and technological innovation and technological innovation. As the base for training senior professionals and imparting professional knowledge and skills in China, colleges and universities have determined that they must adapt to the requirements of social development and their own missions, no matter in terms of education, academics or autonomy. This article from the era of university-enterprise cooperation under the background of the integration of production and education meaning, the importance of vocational education teaching reform is urgently needed, it is imperative to be identified on the basis of, respectively, from the embedded integration education teaching design, teachers construction, scientific research ability of ascension ascension fusion education actual effect three aspects based on the integration between production and education of vocational education teaching mode to create routing.
