摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文首先对技工院校电子技术应用人才培养目标作出阐述,然后对技工院校电子技术应用高技能人才培养问题展开分析,最后结合实际情况,针对现存问题产生的主要原因,提出几点技工院校电子技术应用高技能人才培养问题主要对策,希望可以对业内起到一定参考作用。

关键词: 技工院校, 电子技术, 高技能人才, 培养问题

Abstract: This paper first describes the mechanic colleges and universities electronic technology application talents training target, then the mechanic colleges and universities electronic technology application of high-skilled talents cultivation problem analysis, finally combining with the actual situation, the main reason in view of the existing problems, puts forward some mechanic electronic technology application of high-skilled personnel training problem of main countermeasures, hope to the industry have a certain reference function.
