摘要: 学校内涵发展是以师生身心发展为基础的教育质量、效益的全面进步。陶行知教育思想中的教育改造思想、“生活教育”“创造教育”以及学校管理思想等,显示着陶先生坚定的人本教育立场和对教育“质”的探寻的经验所得,为学校内涵发展中办学宗旨的价值取向、办学路径的设计理念和学校发展的动力来源都提供了重要的借鉴,对学校内涵发展具有一定的促进意义。

Abstract: The development of school connotation is the overall progress of education quality and efficiency based on the physical and mental development of teachers and students. Tao Xingzhi's thoughts of educational transformation, life education, creative education and school management, etc. show his firm human-oriented educational position and experience of exploring the "quality" of education, which provide important references for the value orientation of school purpose, the design idea of school running path and the power source of school development Guidance has far-reaching significance in promoting the development of school connotation.
