摘要/Abstract

摘要： 当前,高职院校毕业生面临巨大的就业压力,支持大学生自主创业成为新时期大学生的全新选择和出路,高职院校辅导员作为与大学生接触最为亲密的教育工作人员,在大学生自主创业方面发挥重要作用。本文将针对高职院校辅导员开展大学生创新创业教育面临的问题以及具体工作方法进行研究。

关键词: 高职院校, 辅导员, 创新创业, 教育方法

Abstract: At present, the graduates of higher vocational colleges are facing great pressure of employment, supporting college students to start their own business as a new choice and way out for college students in the new era. As the closest education staff to college students, counselors of higher vocational colleges play an important role in the self-employment of college students. This paper will focus on the problems and working methods of college students' innovative entrepreneurship education.
