试论区块链在学科评估的应用

摘要: 从2002年开始的学科评估是高等教育评估的一个重要内容,它担任着检测学科建设成效、检测人才培养质量等重任,也是促进学科建设、学科发展以及高等教育内涵式发展的重要手段。但是随着学科评估的推进,也逐渐暴露了一些问题。近年来区块链技术的兴起,得到了各个行业的关注。我们可以借助区块链去中心化、时序数据、集体维护、可编程以及安全可信等特点,对学科评估中存在的问题进行改善。

Abstract: Subject assessment which starts in 2002 is an important part of higher education evaluation. It is not only the important task of testing the effect of discipline construction, testing the quality of personnel training, but also the important means of promoting discipline construction, discipline development and the connotative development of higher education. However, with the advancement of subject evaluation, some problems have been exposed gradually. The rise of blockchain technology in recent years has attracted the attention of various industries. We can improve the problems in the subject evaluation by using the characteristics of block chain decentralization, time series data, collective maintenance, programming, security and credibility.
