摘要: 人力资源是高校良性发展的重要保证。健全的人力资源管理机制,不仅能够激发教师的教学动力,还能够有效提升高校的教学质量与水平。但从目前来看,高校在人力资源管理机制上还存在着一些不容忽视的问题,这对推动高校的可持续发展来说是极为不利的。基于此,应当对高校人力资源管理机制创新问题进行详细的分析。通过概述相关概念,找到高校人力资源管理中存在的主要问题,并结合这些问题制定高校人力资源管理机制创新措施,以供人们参考。

Abstract: Human resources is an important guarantee for the healthy development of colleges and universities. A sound human resource management mechanism can not only stimulate teachers' teaching motivation, but also effectively improve the quality and level of teaching in Colleges and universities. However, at present, there are still some problems in the human resource management mechanism that can not be ignored in Colleges and universities, which is extremely unfavorable to promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities. Based on this, we should analyze the innovation of human resource management mechanism in detail. By summarizing the relevant concepts, this paper finds out the main problems existing in the human resource management of colleges and universities, and combines these problems to formulate innovative measures of human resource management mechanism of colleges and universities for people's reference.
