摘要: 介绍了天津农宅在装配式建筑方面的应用,基于Autodesk Revit进行三维建模、Autodesk Navisworks进行施工模拟。从材料、节能、优化建筑生命周期等方面阐述了BIM技术在天津农宅中的应用,尤其是目前装配式混凝土结构农宅的相关研究。

Abstract: This paper introduces the application of Tianjin farmhouse in prefabricated building, which is based on Autodesk Revit for 3d modeling and Autodesk Navisworks for construction simulation. This paper expounds the application of BIM technology in rural housing in tianjin from the aspects of materials, energy saving and optimizing the life cycle of buildings, especially the related research on the prefabricated concrete structure rural housing at present.
