高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式研究

摘要: 我国高职教育人才培养模式存在着教育和劳动制度相对独立,缺乏相互衔接相互渗透的一些现实问题。鉴于此,以药品生产技术专业的探索为例,寻求教育和劳动制度的最佳结合点,初步建立两者相结合的、具有中国特色的“现代学徒制”人才培养模式,通过建立双师型教师队伍、健全人才培养运行和质量监控体系、建设校内校外实训室等,现代学徒制的实施取得良好的成效。

Abstract: The personnel training mode of higher vocational education in China has some practical problems, such as the relative independence of education and labor system, the lack of mutual connection and penetration. In view of this, taking the exploration of pharmaceutical production technology as an example, seeking the best combination point of education and labor system, and initially establishing a "modern apprenticeship" talent training model with Chinese characteristics, combining the two, good results have been achieved in the implementation of modern apprenticeship through the establishment of a double-qualified teaching staff, the improvement of personnel training and quality control systems, and the construction of on-campus and off-campus training rooms.
