Abstract: Since the wave of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation" swept by, various regions carried out a lot of in-depth exploration, and the University local co construction of scientific research and innovation platform came into being. This mode gathers the advantageous resources of regions and universities, builds a platform for scientific research and innovation, focuses on solving key technical problems, strengthens regional innovation ability, and promotes the synchronous development of regional economy, industry and talents. This paper analyzes the positive role of the University local co construction of scientific research platform, discusses its effective mode, and expects to be conducive to expanding the achievements of scientific research and innovation, and strengthening the regional economic strength.
