摘要: 党的十八届三中全会对深化教育领域综合改革做出了重大战略部署,创新成为当今大学教育的必然要求。该文从 “双创”教育的顶层设计、构建创新创业教育新模式、大力开展创新创业教学改革和加强具有创新意识的师资队伍建设4个方面,对创新教育的理论、创新之根、多样化的人才培养创新教学体系、构建创新系列课程、多学科交叉融合创新、启迪学生的创新性思维、培训学生工程实践和动手能力等进行了研究与探索,研究与实践效果表明,独立学院机械类专业科技创新人才培养教学改革的探索与实践具有重要意义。

Abstract: The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee made a major strategic plan for deepening the comprehensive reform of education. Innovation has become an inevitable requirement of today's university education. This paper from the top-level design of "double innovation" education, constructing a new mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education, vigorously carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship teaching reform and strengthening the construction of innovative faculty, the theory, the root of innovation and the diversity of innovative education. The research and exploration of talents training innovative teaching system, constructing innovative series courses, multi-disciplinary cross-integration innovation, enlightening students' innovative thinking, training students' engineering practice and practical ability,the research and practical effects show that the exploration and practice of the teaching reform of the scientific and technological innovation talents of the independent colleges is of great significance.
