摘要/Abstract

摘要： 新常态下,经济需转型升级,社会发展也待须转型。经济社会发展需要大量研究生等高素质人才。随着研究生的扩招,毕业生价值取向变化等,研究生就业问题却变得日益艰难和突出。如何解决该矛盾,需要多方面采取措施。该文以湖北某师范院校数统学院为例,分析研究生就业的新特点与动向,提出相应对策措施,力求寻找新形势下研究生就业与社会经济相适应之路。

Abstract: Under the new normal situation, the economic and corresponding social structure needs to be transformed and upgraded. It needs a lot of high quality talents such as postgraduates.With the expansion of graduate enrollment and the change of value orientation of graduates, the problem of graduate employment has become increasingly difficult and prominent. How to solve this contradiction In the paper, a normal university in Hubei as an sample, the new characteristics and trends of graduate employment are analyzed, and the countermeasures are proposed, to find the way to adapt to social economy development.
