摘要： 衢州大力推进创新创业平台建设,打造创新“四大飞地”,以创新驱动发展,推进经济转型升级,再创衢州绿色发展新优势。为有利于衢州新生代青年创业创新发展,在分析衢州创业创新环境现状的基础上,结合区位环境、政策环境、科技资源、企业创新环境和投融资环境5个因素对衢州市双创环境进行全面分析,提出提升优化衢州创新环境策略：保持政策稳定,完善政策体系;健全优化科技平台支撑;数字经济赋能,互联互通发展;用心打造创业创新服务模式;深化科技金融结合。

Abstract: Quzhou vigorously promotes the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship platform, creating "four innovation enclaves", driving development with innovation, promoting economic transformation and upgrading, and creating new advantages of green development in Quzhou. Is conducive to the Quzhou Cenozoic young entrepreneurial innovation and development, on the analysis of the present situation of Quzhou entrepreneurial innovation environment, based on the geographical environment, policy environment, science and technology resources, enterprise innovation, investment and financing environment of five factors on the Quzhou City double gen environment to conduct a comprehensive analysis, put forward ascension, optimize the environment of Quzhou innovation strategy: keep stable policy, perfecting the policy system; Improve and optimize the support of science and technology platform; Enabling digital economy, connectivity development; To create a service model for entrepreneurship and innovation; Deepening financial combination of science and technology.
