摘要: 在现代医学中,人文关怀成了临床护理人员的一项核心能力,因此,如何提升中职护士护理人文关怀能力就成了当前中职护理专业教学工作中重点课题之一。对中职护生人文关怀能力产生影响的因素很多,其中主要包括家庭环境因素、学校环境因素及护生自身思想道德素质等,该文基于以上因素就如何以核心能力为导向加强对中职护生护理人文关怀能力培养进行了探讨。

关键词: 护理教学, 人文关怀, 培养策略

Abstract: In modern medicine, humanistic care has become a core ability of clinical nursing staff, so how to improve the humanistic care ability of secondary vocational nurses has become one of the key issues in the current teaching of secondary vocational nursing. There are many factors influencing the humanistic care ability of secondary vocational care students, including family environmental factors, school environmental factors and nursing students' own ideological and moral quality, etc. Based on the above factors, this paper discusses how to strengthen the cultivation of humanistic care ability of secondary vocational care students guided by core competence.
