摘要: 随着产业结构的快速调整,建筑行业对于人才的要求越来越高。该文通过对建筑类研究生就业现状分析,从创新实践、就业能力的内涵出发,阐述创新实践对就业能力的影响,进而提出了培养建筑类研究生创新实践能力、就业能力的对策,以期改善建筑类研究生的就业状况。

Abstract: With the rapid adjustment of industrial structure, the requirements of construction industry for talents are getting higher and higher. Based on the analysis of the employment situation of architecture graduate students, starting from the connotation of innovation practice and employment ability, this paper expounds the influence of innovation practice on employment ability, and then puts forward some countermeasures for cultivating the innovation practice ability and employment ability of architecture graduate students, in order to improve the employment situation of architecture graduate students.
