摘要： 当前,高校作为促进新型研发机构发展的重要力量,潜在优势愈发突出。高校通过完善科研转化机制、强化政策支持、加强创新型人才培养、引导与市场接轨等路径,助力新型研发机构发展。

Abstract: At present, colleges and universities have become an important force to promote the development of new research and development institutions, and the potential advantages have become increasingly prominent. Colleges and universities should integrate resources, take advantage of the mature talent training mechanism, outstanding scientific research competitiveness, pragmatic basic research, and urgent scientific and technological achievements to transform demand, improve the scientific research transformation mechanism, strengthen policy support, and strengthen the cultivation and guidance of innovative talents. Advantages such as integration with the market, help the development of new research and development institutions.
