新时期高校管理人员专业化培养策略探究

摘要: 新课程改革工作在高效领域内这些年来取得了一些重大的突破,尤其是在人员管理方面,进一步专业化是目前高校创新改革工作发展的主要方向之一,对于高校管理人员的专业化培养工作来说如何从高校人员的道德以及服务意识方面入手提高其本身的创新能力是目前发展的重要内容。对于我国目前大部分高校的管理人员来说,普遍存在着创新能力不够,专业素质较低的情况,这就导致高校管理工作很难得到质的突破。该研究从新时期高校管理人员的创新培养工作入手进行分析研究,从而提出一些解决对策以供相关工作人员的参考。

Abstract: The new curriculum reform work in high efficient area over the years have made some significant breakthrough, especially in the aspect of personnel management, further specialization is one of the main development direction of university innovation reform work, for professional training of management personnel in the university, how to from the moral and service consciousness of college personnel to improve its own innovation ability is the important content of the current development. For the current management personnel of most colleges and universities in China, there is a general lack of innovation ability and professional quality, which leads to a qualitative breakthrough in the management of colleges and universities. How to become the innovative training of university management personnel in the new period to start with analysis and research, so as to put forward some countermeasures for the reference of relevant staff.
