基于“学训一体”教学模式的法科学生创新创业教学改革路径

摘要: 创新创业作为国家经济发展的一项重要拉力,必然要应对现代需求进行相应培训,因此创新创业教学必然形成区别于传统理论脱离实际、操作性不强的讲授型教学模式的“学训一体”模式,即以市场需求为导向,以应用技能为核心,以知识全面覆盖为目标的培养方式。针对法科学生,其创新创业教学则是以培养法律职业技能为主,打造层次化教师团队和训练式技能培训模式的。

关键词: 学训一体, 创新内容, 转变思路

Abstract: Innovation entrepreneurship as an important force of the country's economic development, must deal with modern requirements in terms of the corresponding training, therefore innovation entrepreneurship will form different from traditional teaching theory divorced from reality, interoperability is not strong teaching type teaching mode of "training" mode, i.e., according to the market demand as the guide, to apply the skills as the core, aiming at knowledge comprehensive coverage of cultivating mode. For law students, the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship is based on the cultivation of legal professional skills, to build a hierarchical teacher team and training skills training mode.
