Abstract: With the rapid development of the digital-intelligent era, new business models and emerging professions continue to arise, placing higher demands on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talent in higher vocational institutions. In response to persistent structural issues, such as misalignment between educational objectives and industry needs, outdated curricula, and insufficient practical training, this study proposes a talent development model based on a“four-dimensional drive”framework enhanced by digital empowerment. This model promotes systematic reform through four core aspects: redefining goals, restructuring courses, innovating teaching methods, and enhancing practical training. By fully integrating digital technologies throughout the educational process, it effectively strengthens students'digital intelligence literacy, innovative mindset, and entrepreneurial capabilities.
