Abstract: This article aims to explore the optimization strategies of performance evaluation system in the reform practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities. Through a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of performance evaluation system in the reform practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, four key challenges are identified, including unscientific indicator setting, neglect of qualitative evaluation, difficulty in data acquisition, and lack of dynamic evaluation. Optimization strategies are proposed for each of the four challenges, including improving indicator structure and highlighting key elements; Introduce qualitative evaluation methods; Strengthening data management and analysis, as well as establishing dynamic tracking and feedback mechanisms, can provide reference for related research.
