Abstract: There is a kind of relationship between University and graduates, which is called learning relationship. The establishment of alumni relationship can help the university to some extent have an effect on the lack of funds. It can be seen that in the new era, if a university obtains a good alumni relationship, it needs to integrate the establishment of alumni relationship into the research comprehensively and in-depth, not just to get the help of corresponding teaching funds. In this way, we can further promote the development of University Alumni relationship, and at the same time, we can promote all aspects of the university to get a lot of promotion. This paper mainly analyzes the relevant thinking and exploration path of the construction of alumni relationship in the new era.
