Research on the Case Teaching Reform of Public Management based on the Cultivation of Graduate Students' Scientific Research and Innovation Ability

Abstract: Public Management is an applied, comprehensive and practical subject, which is suitable for the introduction of case teaching mode in postgraduate teaching, which not only improves the teaching level of Public Management, but also helps to strengthen the cultivation of postgraduate scientific research innovation ability. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of the importance of case teaching to the cultivation of graduate students' scientific research and innovation ability, establish and update the case database of Public Management in real time, improve the teachers' ability to apply the case teaching of Public Management, equip with advanced case teaching facilities, and make full use of modern teaching methods, so as to comprehensively promote the development of case teaching and finally realize the cultivation and research. The goal of Postgraduates' ability of scientific research and innovation.
