Abstract: For a long time, the office has been regarded as the key to the layout and expansion of all the work contents in the social unit, mainly because it has to accept orders and supervision from the superior leaders at all times, at the same time, it has to provide quality services for the grass-roots field, and provide objective feedback and certification to different forms of information, data and reality. Ensure that the performance of all workers in the office continues to rise. In other words, the relevant workers must think about the effective way to improve the ideological and political level of office workers in advance, which is very critical for the development of office work. As a manager of the office the author should not only emphasize the key role of the ideological and political level of office workers in time, but also explore how to improve the ideological and political level of office workers, in order to provide some reference for office management workers.
