Abstract: Since 2012, SuZhou Top Institute of Information Technology has comprehensively implemented the "three-cycle and progressive" talent training mode of "school-enterprise cooperation and combination of work and study". Under the leadership of leaders at all levels, this teaching model has gradually matured and been recognized by enterprises, students and schools. Under the new talent training mode, as a professional course teacher, his thoughts and ideas have been changing. Only by thinking and acting can we keep pace with The Times and become an excellent teacher. This paper puts forward some ideas in connection with their own teaching.
