Abstract: Enrollment, employment and entrepreneurship are the focus of attention in the development of colleges and universities. Based on the present situation of university education, combined with the characteristics of college enrollment and college students' employment and entrepreneurship in recent years, this paper clarifies the demand for talents of enterprises in each bank in the new era, analyzes how to construct an effective linkage mechanism for enrollment and employment in view of the existing development trend of colleges and universities, and does a good job in the practice of entrepreneurship training, so as to provide sufficient impetus for the improvement of educational development and social and economic construction in China.
