Practice Study of PCR Three-Dimensional Interactive Teaching in Medical Statistics and Epidemiology under the Perspective of New Medicine

摘要: 基于新医科背景下医学统计学与流行病学教学改革需求,该文开展了基于问题导向、案例导向和研究导向(PCR)的三维联动教学改革实践。结果显示:试验组期末成绩及综合实践能力均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),在临床问题提出、研究设计合理性等综合实践能力维度提升15%~20%。学生总体满意度达96.15%,其中,科研思维提升和课堂互动最受认可。研究表明:PCR三维联动教学可显著提升学生的循证思维与科研创新能力,为“医+ X”复合型人才培养提供了可操作路径。

Abstract: In response to the teaching reform needs of medical statistics and epidemiology under the background of new medicine, this study carried out a three-dimensional interactive teaching reform practice using the PCR approach. The results showed that the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group in both exam scores and practical abilities, with a 15%~20% improvement in dimensions such as clinical problem posing and rationality of research design. The overall student satisfaction reached 96.15%, with the most recognition given to the enhancement of scientific thinking and class interaction. The study demonstrates that the PCR three-dimensional interactive teaching approach significantly improves students'evidence-based thinking and scientific research innovation abilities, providing an operational pathway for the cultivation of“Medicine + X” composite talents.
