摘要: 该文立足行业需求与人才供给现状,构建了以OBE(成果导向教育)理念为导向、产教深度融合的人才培养模式,以财务管理专业为核心载体,系统构建了培养目标、多元教学体系及质量保障机制,以会计学课程为例,系统探索课程思政、数智技术与实践教学深度融合的创新路径,为提升数智财经人才培养的适应性、前瞻性与实效性提供理论与实践参考。

Abstract: Based on the current situation of industry demands and talent supply, this paper constructs a talent cultivation model guided by the OBE (Outcomes-Based Education) concept and deep integration of industry and education. Taking the financial management major as the core carrier, it elaborates on its cultivation objectives, diversified teaching system, and quality assurance mechanisms. Using the accounting course as an example, the study systematically explores innovative approaches to deeply integrate ideological and political education, digital-intelligent technology, and practical teaching, aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for enhancing the adaptability, foresight, and effectiveness of digital-intelligent finance and economics talent cultivation.
