摘要: 该文聚焦地方高校创新创业教育实践教学体系的构建路径,系统剖析当前地方高校在实践教学中存在的价值引领表层化、培养路径单一化、资源配置碎片化等问题,提出以“综合性、区域性、资源性”为基本原则,构建“价值引领—能力进阶—资源协同”“三位一体”的实践教学框架。框架围绕“思创融合、使命驱动、画像牵引”重塑价值塑造机制,通过“练训融合、导孵并举、赛评促长”构建素能培养链条,依托“图谱导航、动态适配、重创演进”完善资源协同体系,系统阐释实践教学的关键要素与运行逻辑,并从组织建设、制度建设、平台建设、师资建设和文化建设5个维度提出多层次的保障机制,旨在推动地方高校创新创业实践教学实现从“知识输入”向“创新产出”的根本性转变,切实增强人才培养与区域经济和社会发展的适配性与贡献度。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the construction path of the practical teaching system for innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities. It systematically analyzes the current problems in local universities'practical teaching, such as the superficiality of value guidance, the singularity of cultivation paths, and the fragmentation of resource allocation. The study proposes the principles of“comprehensiveness, regionality, and resource integration”as fundamental guidelines to construct a trinity practical teaching framework of“value guidance-capability progression-resource coordination”. The framework reshapes the value cultivation mechanism around“ideological and innovation integration, mission-driven approaches, and profile-based guidance”. It builds a chain for quality and capability development through“integration of practice and training, combination of guidance and incubation, and promotion of growth through competition and evaluation”. Additionally, it enhances the resource coordination system by leveraging“roadmap navigation, dynamic adaptation, and heavy-innovation evolution”. The paper systematically elucidates the key elements and operational logic of the practical teaching system and proposes a multi-level safeguard mechanism from five dimensions: organizational construction, institutional construction, platform construction, faculty construction, and cultural construction. The aim is to promote a fundamental shift in innovation and entrepreneurship practical teaching in local universities from“knowledge input”to“innovation output”, thereby effectively enhancing the alignment and contribution of talent cultivation with regional economic and social development.
