摘要: 教师能力结构是指在教师的教学活动中,在学生、教学内容、教学环境等要素的相互影响和相互作用下,所形成的教师能力水平结构。新质生产力的发展,对教师的能力结构提出了新的要求。该文基于新质生产力发展要求,从新质生产力对教师能力的影响出发,分析教师能力结构转型的方向,并提出新质生产力背景下教师能力的培养路径。

Abstract: The teacher competence structure refers to the level of teacher competence formed through the mutual influence and interaction of factors such as students, teaching content, and teaching environment in the teaching activities of teachers. The development of new quality productivity has put forward new requirements for the ability structure of teachers. This article is based on the development requirements of new quality productivity, starting from the impact of new quality productivity on teachers'abilities, analyzing the direction of the transformation of teachers'ability structure, and proposing the cultivation path of teachers'abilities under the background of new quality productivity.
