摘要: 生物分离技术是将目标产物从动植物细胞、发酵液、酶反应液中分离出来的生物工程下游必备的关键技术,被广泛应用于食品、医药等领域。生物分离技术是生物与医药专业硕士研究生的一门核心专业课,对医药行业人才培养起着重要作用。鉴于传统教学存在重理论轻实践、教学方法单一、教学效果不佳的问题,该文从课程教学目标优化、教学内容重构、教学方法创新以及评价机制优化多个维度展开系统性改革研究,致力于培养兼具实操技能与理论素养、解决复杂技术问题能力的复合型专业人才。

Abstract: Biological separation technology is an essential downstream key technology in biotechnology that separates target products from plant cells, fermentation broth, and enzyme reaction broth. It is widely used in fields such as food and medicine. Biological separation technology is a core professional course for master's students majoring in biology and medicine, which plays a crucial role in talent cultivation in the pharmaceutical industry. Given the problems of emphasizing theory over practice, single teaching methods, and poor teaching effectiveness in traditional teaching, this article conducts systematic reform research from multiple dimensions, including optimizing course teaching objectives, reconstructing teaching content, innovating teaching methods, and optimizing evaluation mechanisms. The focus is on cultivating composite professional talents who possess both practical skills and theoretical literacy, as well as the ability to solve complex technical problems.
