摘要: 该文聚焦保险行业变革对创新人才培养的现实需求,探索将高校保险专业教学改革作为赋能保险行业发展与创新人才培育的融入路径与有效链接。该文首先深入剖析我国保险行业发展与人才画像,突出保险专业教学改革的深远意义,在此基础上,从更新课程理念、更新知识体系、以校企合作推进产教融合、扎根风险管理教育起点、以交叉学科发展范式赋能教学改革、构建系统化创新创业实践平台6个方面提出多维协同实践路径,期望以此推进我国保险行业高质量发展阶段复合型、创新型人才培养方案的优化,满足行业对人才的需求。

Abstract: This article focuses on the practical needs of the insurance industry reform for the cultivation of innovative talents, exploring the integration path and effective link of teaching reform in insurance majors in universities to empower the development of the insurance industry and the cultivation of innovative talents. This article first deeply analyzes the development and talent profile of China's insurance industry, highlighting the profound significance of insurance professional teaching reform. Based on this, it proposes a multidimensional collaborative practice path from six aspects: updating curriculum concepts, updating knowledge systems, promoting industry education integration through school enterprise cooperation, rooting in risk management education, empowering teaching reform with interdisciplinary development paradigms, and building a systematic innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform. It is hoped that this will promote the optimization of the training program for composite and innovative talents in China's insurance industry in the high-quality development stage, and meet the needs of industry talents.
