Research on Strategies for Cultivating Practical Abilities of Chemistry Teacher Education Students from the Perspective of Professional Certification

摘要: 该文基于师范专业认证“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”理念,针对化学师范生实践能力培养存在的师范特质淡化、实践体系失衡、课程迭代迟滞等突出问题,构建OBE理念导向的实践能力培养创新体系,提出“铸魂强基—产教联动—阶梯赋能—协同共创—闭环管控”“五位一体”培养策略,构建“基础实验→专业实训→教育实习→创新项目”四层次实践课程群,建立科研创新贯通培养路径,搭建“化学云实践”智能平台,形成“诊断—反馈—改进”质量保障闭环。

Abstract: Based on the concept of“student-centered, output oriented, and continuous improvement”in the certification of teacher education majors, an OBE concept oriented innovative system for practical ability training is constructed to address the prominent problems of teacher characteristics fading, imbalanced practical system, and delayed curriculum iteration in the cultivation of practical ability for chemistry teacher education students. This paper proposes a“five in one”training strategy of“forging a strong foundation - industry education linkage - tiered empowerment - collaborative co creation - closed-loop control”, constructs a four level practical course group of“basic experiments → professional training → educational internships → innovative projects”, establishes a research and innovation integrated training path, builds an intelligent platform of“chemical cloud practice”, and forms a quality assurance loop of“diagnosis-feedback-improvement”.
