Research on the Evaluation System of Higher Vocational Teaching Quality from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

摘要: 高职院校主要承担技术技能人才培养任务,其课堂教学质量直接关系着人才培养的成效。探索产教融合视域下的课堂教学质量评价体系,能够为诊断高职院校教学现状、优化产教协同育人机制提供科学依据。该文从产教融合特征出发,联合行业和企业专家开展多轮论证,运用定性与定量相结合的方法,构建高职院校课堂教学质量评价指标体系,并计算各指标的权重,旨在推动高职院校深化产教融合改革。

Abstract: Higher vocational colleges mainly undertake the task of cultivating technical and skilled talents, and the quality of their classroom teaching is directly related to the effectiveness of talent cultivation. Exploring the classroom teaching quality evaluation system from the perspective of industry-education integration can provide a scientific basis for diagnosing the current teaching situation in higher vocational colleges and optimizing the industry-education collaborative education mechanism. This article starts from the characteristics of industry-education integration, conducts multiple rounds of demonstrations in collaboration with industry and enterprise experts, and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to construct an evaluation index system for classroom teaching quality in higher vocational colleges, and calculates the weights of each index, aiming to promote the deepening of industry-education integration reform in higher vocational colleges.
