新媒体视阈下应用型本科院校学生就业能力提升的创新路径探索

摘要: 应用型本科院校在开展学生就业能力培训时,存在理论与实践脱节、师资力量薄弱以及就业指导缺乏针对性等问题。在新媒体时代,应用型本科院校积极探索学生就业能力提升的创新路径,通过发挥新媒体优势搭建就业实践平台,为学生提供精准就业服务;依托新媒体模拟真实面试场景,让学生熟悉面试流程、掌握应对面试技巧。同时,应用型本科院校也要打造一支“双师型”就业指导队伍,在提升学生就业能力的基础上为其职业发展提供帮助。

Abstract: When application-oriented colleges and universities carried out student employment ability training, there were problems such as the disconnection between theory and practice, weak teaching staff, and the lack of targeted employment guidance. In the era of new media, application-oriented institutes are actively exploring innovative paths to enhance students'employability. By leveraging the advantages of new media, they build employment practice platforms to provide students with precise employment services. Relying on new media to simulate real interview scenarios, students can become familiar with the interview process and master interview skills. Meanwhile, application-oriented institutes should also build a team of dual-qualified employment guidance teachers. On the basis of enhancing students'employability, they should provide assistance for students'long-term career development.
