摘要: 受数字技术、智能传播工具普及的影响,播音主持岗位对从业者的要求不再局限于传统的语言表达能力,而是需要其具备技术应用能力和内容创新能力。基于此,该文聚焦新文科视域下播音主持专业“技术赋能+内容创新”双轨制人才培养模式的构建策略展开研究,分析了该模式构建的意义,并提出了一系列构建策略,以为播音主持专业调整人才培养方向、提升人才培养质量提供参考,更好地契合新文科建设要求与传媒行业发展需求,为传媒领域输送既懂技术应用又善内容创新的优质人才。

Abstract: Influenced by the widespread adoption of digital technology and intelligent communication tools, the requirements for professionals in broadcasting and hosting no longer focus solely on traditional language skills but increasingly demand technical application capabilities and content innovation abilities. Based on this, the study focuses on constructing a dual-track talent cultivation model for broadcasting and hosting under the new liberal arts paradigm, emphasizing “technology empowerment + content innovation” . The significance of this model is analyzed, and a series of construction strategies are proposed to provide practical references for adjusting the talent cultivation direction and improving the quality of broadcasting and hosting professionals. This aims to better align the discipline with the requirements of new liberal arts construction and the development needs of the media industry, delivering high-quality talent who excel in both technical application and content innovation to the media field.
