Abstract: The cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities has become a focal point of attention from all sectors of society in the new era. Different colleges and universities have different positioning for talent cultivation. This paper discusses the cultivation of applied talents in the field of business administration, attempts to play the role of three dimensions, schools, enterprises and society, in the cultivation of applied talents in business administration, and explores the path of cultivating applied talents in business administration, in order to stimulate the new vitality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities and provide a reference for applied talents in business administration.
