Abstract: As a key force in promoting local economic development, local universities shoulder the important task of cultivating high-quality applied talents for the local area. The research aims to create an evaluation system for college students'entrepreneurial ability that meets the needs of the digital age and is tailored to the actual situation of local universities. To achieve this goal, the article proposes practical strategies for constructing an evaluation system for college students'entrepreneurial ability from three aspects: clarifying the direction of evaluation objectives, expanding diverse evaluation subjects, and establishing a dynamic feedback mechanism. Research has found that constructing an effective entrepreneurial ability evaluation system to accurately analyze students'entrepreneurial abilities in a digital environment can provide clear guidance for improving students'abilities, and also provide decision-making references for innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.
