摘要: 该文聚焦深度学习技术,通过分析传统“导—辅”协同育人存在的效率低、精准度不足等问题,结合深度学习技术在数据挖掘、智能分析等方面的技术优势,构建“智能分析—精准育人—动态反馈—智能评估”的数字化育人闭环,实现对学生成长过程中个性化需求的精准识别,促进导师与辅导员的高效协作,推动“导—辅”协同育人从经验驱动向数据驱动、从粗放管理向精准育人转变,为新时代教育数字化创新发展提供理论参考与实践借鉴。

Abstract: This paper focuses on deep learning technology, analyses the low efficiency and lack of precision of traditional “mentor-counsellor”collaborative parenting, combines the technical advantages of deep learning in data mining and intelligent analysis, and builds a digital parenting closed loop of“intelligent analysis-accurate parenting-dynamic feedback-intelligent assessment”. It can achieve accurate identification of students' individual needs during their growth, promote efficient collaboration between mentors and counsellors, and promote the transformation of“mentor-counsellor”collaborative parenting from experience-driven to data-driven, and from sloppy management to precise education, providing theoretical references and practical lessons for the development of digital innovation in education in the new era.
