“双创”背景下学前教育专业毕业生就业质量提升对策研究

Research on Countermeasures for Improving the Employment Quality of Graduates Majoring in Preschool Education under the Background of “Double Creation”

摘要: 在“大众创业、万众创新”背景下,提升学前教育专业毕业生就业质量对于服务区域经济发展具有重要意义。然而,当前学前教育专业在毕业生就业质量提升方面存在实践教学体系滞后、校企合作流于形式、课程设置与市场需求脱节、就业指导服务不足等问题。为此,该文提出构建“双创+幼教”融合实践体系、深化产教融合机制创新、实施课程重构以及完善就业服务矩阵等策略,期望提升学前教育专业毕业生的就业质量,为学前教育行业高质量发展提供更坚实的人才支撑。

Abstract: In the context of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, improving the employment quality of graduates majoring in preschool education is of great significance for serving regional economic development. However, there are problems with the improvement of employment quality for graduates in the current preschool education major, such as a lagging practical teaching system, superficial cooperation between schools and enterprises, a disconnect between curriculum design and market demand, and insufficient employment guidance services. To this end, the article proposes strategies such as building a“double innovation+early childhood education”integrated practice system, deepening innovation in the mechanism of industry education integration, implementing curriculum restructuring, and improving the employment service matrix, hoping to improve the employment quality of graduates majoring in early childhood education and provide more solid talent support for the high-quality development of the early childhood education industry.
