摘要/Abstract

摘要： 生涯信念是一种非常重要的生涯认知因素,它对大学生的生涯发展有着强烈的影响。在现有生涯信念干预方法不足的背景下,生涯混沌理论应运而生。并且,生涯混沌理论有其独特的优势和特点。本文调查并分析了大学生生涯信念的现状,从生涯混沌理论入手,为干预非理性生涯信念提供了新的干预方法。

关键词: 大学生生涯信念, 生涯混沌理论, 团体干预

Abstract: Career belief is a very important factor of career cognition, which has a strong impact on the career development of college students. Under the background of the deficiency of the existing methods of career belief intervention, the theory of career chaos came into being. Moreover, career chaos theory has its unique advantages and characteristics. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of College Students' career beliefs, starting with the theory of career chaos, and provides a new intervention method for the intervention of irrational career beliefs.
