摘要: 针对乡村振兴背景,该文基于技术集成、多维服务、知识关联3种关键能力要求重构涉农高职院校“双师型”教师内涵,提出涉农高职院校“双师型”教师角色的转变;分析了一些结构性失调问题,提出了打造区域性农业产教共同体、建设虚实一体化教研生态、实施“三阶九维”动态激励等协同培育、信息化发展的改革思路,是构建“技术研发—教学转化—服务反馈”反馈机制、基于职业教育人才培养服务乡村振兴的创新探索。

Abstract: In response to the background of rural revitalization, this article reconstructs the connotation of“dual teacher” teachers in agricultural vocational colleges based on three key competency requirements: technology integration, multidimensional services, and knowledge association, and proposes the transformation of the role of“dual teacher”teachers in agricultural vocational colleges; Analyzed some structural imbalances and proposed reform ideas such as building a regional agricultural industry education community, constructing a virtual real integrated teaching and research ecology, implementing“three-level and nine dimensional”dynamic incentives for collaborative cultivation, and promoting information technology development. This is an innovative exploration of constructing a feedback mechanism of“technology research and development teaching transformation service feedback”and serving rural revitalization based on vocational education talent training.
