Specific Practice of a New Teaching Model for Histology and Embryology Course in the Context of New Medical Education

摘要: 新医科建设对医学人才培养提出新要求,组织学与胚胎学作为医学基础课程,应适应临床需求与产业变革。该文基于临床需求与科教融汇理念,构建“医教融合、任务驱动、能力提升、岗位胜任”“四位一体”的教学模式,以课程大纲为基本准则,以培养医学拔尖创新人才为目标,在医学影像学专业教学中应用该教学模式,学生表现出极高的学习兴趣和参与热情,从而提高了组织学与胚胎学课程的教学效果。

Abstract: The advancement of the New Medical Science initiative has introduced new demands for medical talent development. As foundational disciplines in medical education, histology and embryology must align with evolving clinical requirements and industrial advancements. This article is based on the concept of clinical needs and integration of science and education, and constructs a“four in one”teaching mode of“integration of medicine and education, task driven, ability improvement, and job competence”. With the curriculum outline as the basic principle and the goal of cultivating top-notch innovative talents in medicine, this teaching mode is applied in the teaching of medical imaging. Students show high learning interest and enthusiasm for participation, thereby improving the teaching effectiveness of histology and embryology courses.
