摘要/Abstract

摘要： 结合地区供给侧改革实际,以阿坝师范学院为例,从学校转型发展的现实与理论背景出发,探讨高校转型发展的必要性。从“强顶层设计,优化内部结构、创新体制机制,优化资源配置、回归本位,提升高等教育质量、释放办学活力,建设创新型高校”4个方面探讨阿坝师范学院转型发展。指出当前学校转型发展过程中存在的问题并给出进一步推进学校供给侧结构性改革的对策建议。

Abstract: ：Combined with the reform of supply side reform in the region, taking Aba Teachers College as an example, starting from the reality and theoretical background of school transformation and development, the necessity of university transformation and development is discussed. From the four aspects of “strong top-level design, optimization of internal structure, innovation of institutional mechanisms, optimization of resource allocation, return to the standard, improvement of quality of higher education, release of vitality of running schools, and construction of innovative universities”, the transformation of Aba Teachers College was discussed. It points out the problems existing in the current process of school transformation and development and gives suggestions for further promoting the structural reform of the supply side of the school.
