地方高校创新创业类课程“学习预警”与“督学跟踪”系统构建研究

Construction of a“Learning Warning” and “Supervisory Tracking” System for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Courses in Local Universities

摘要: 为了提高地方高校创新创业类课程目标达成度、保障创新创业类课程的品质,保证本科毕业生培养质量、提升本科毕业生适应新型市场环境与社会发展趋势的核心能力,构建地方高校创新创业类课程“学习预警”与“督学跟踪”系统具有显著的理论意义与实践价值。该文以创新创业类课程“学习预警”系统预警指标与模型选择轻量化,反映创新创业类课程“学习预警”与“督学跟踪”系统的“事中”特性,以体现教师“传道、授业、解惑”的重要价值为原则,从“学习预警”系统的指标设定与数据收集、模型选择与运用、结果呈现与反馈,到“督学跟踪”系统的学生“被预警”成因分析、拟定整改方案、实施督学跟踪、教学持续改进等,构建地方高校创新创业类课程“学习预警”与“督学跟踪”系统, 并对其有效性进行验证。

Abstract: To enhance the attainment of course learning outcomes for innovation and entrepreneurship courses in local universities, ensure the quality of such courses, guarantee the quality of undergraduate education, and improve the core capabilities of undergraduate graduates to adapt to the new market environment and social development trends, it is of significant theoretical and practical value to establish a“learning warning”and“supervisory tracking”system for innovation and entrepreneurship courses in local universities. Based on the principle of choosing lightweight indicators and early warning models for the“learning warning”system to reflect the“mid-process”characteristics of the“learning warning”and“supervisory tracking”system and highlight the important value of teachers'role in imparting knowledge, guiding studies, and solving doubts, a“learning warning”and“supervisory tracking”system for innovation and entrepreneurship courses in local universities is constructed, covering aspects such as indicator setting and data collection for the“learning warning”system, model selection and application, result presentation and feedback, as well as cause analysis of students being warned, formulation of rectification plans, implementation of supervisory tracking, and continuous improvement of teaching in the“supervisory tracking”system. Furthermore, the effectiveness of this integrated system is validated.
