摘要: 随着高校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式的深入推进,新时代辅导员职能定位面临新的挑战与机遇。该文以“三圈层”驱动模型为理论框架,着眼于学生社区场域内辅导员职责的重构,探讨其在“角色赋权、数字赋能、协同增效”三维突破下的实践路径与策略;通过分析辅导员核心角色的作用,结合大数据、人工智能等数字技术赋能辅导员工作效能,并构建社区内多主体协同育人机制,旨在为新时期高校辅导员队伍建设提供理论支撑和实践指导,进而推动“一站式”学生社区育人功能的全面提升。

Abstract: With the deepening of the“one-stop”comprehensive management model for student communities in universities, the functional positioning of counselors in the new era is facing new challenges and opportunities. This article takes the “three circles”driving model as the theoretical framework, focusing on the reconstruction of the responsibilities of counselors in the student community field, and exploring their practical paths and strategies under the three-dimensional breakthrough of “role empowerment, digital empowerment, and collaborative efficiency”; by analyzing the role of the core role of counselors, combining digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to empower their work efficiency, and constructing a multi-party collaborative education mechanism within the community, the aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of the university counselor team in the new era, and further promote the comprehensive improvement of the“one-stop”student community education function.
