新工科视域下高分子材料与工程专业人才培养模式探索与实践

Reform and Practice of Talent Cultivation in Polymer Materials and Engineering within the Framework of Emerging Engineering

摘要: 针对新工科视域下高分子材料与工程专业人才培养目标存在同质化、人文素养与个性化培养缺失、理论与实践脱节、学科交叉薄弱及师资工程实践能力欠缺等问题,该文以西北工业大学该专业为实践载体,从课程体系、实践体系和师资发展等方面系统推进综合改革;依托学校“三航”特色,将创新精神、人文素养与综合能力融入人才培养全过程,构建了需求导向、学科交叉、强化创新创业的人才培养新体系;通过课程体系重构、全方位实践体系构建、师资能力提升等措施,有效提升了人才培养质量,为传统工科专业适应新工科转型提供了可借鉴的实施路径与实践经验。

Abstract: To address the issues such as the homogenization of talent cultivation objectives, lack of humanistic literacy and individualized training, disconnection between theory and practice, weak interdisciplinary integration, and insufficient engineering practical capabilities of faculty in the polymer materials and engineering discipline from the perspective of“emerging engineering education”, this paper takes the major of Northwestern Polytechnical University as the practical carrier to systematically promote comprehensive reforms in terms of curriculum system, practical training system and faculty development. Based on the university's distinctive features in aerospace, aviation, and navigation (the“three aeronautics”), the paper integrates the spirit of innovation, humanistic literacy and comprehensive capabilities into the entire process of talent training, and constructs a new demand-oriented, interdisciplinary talent training system that emphasizes innovation and entrepreneurship. Through the restructuring of the curriculum system, the construction of a comprehensive practical training system, and the enhancement of the teacher competency, the quality of talent cultivation has been effectively improved, which provides a referenceable implementation path and practical experience for the transformation of traditional engineering majors to adapt to emerging engineering education.
