摘要: 高职师范教育为社会发展培育准教师,需要教师具有创新能力,更好地适应社会发展,提升学校教育教学质量。这一人才培育目标要求,需要高职师范院校推进专业教育与师范生创新创业教育的相互融合,使师范生不仅学习专业课程知识,而且促进师范生创新创业能力的培育。对此,文本着重分析高职师范生创新能力培育的教学体系构建价值,论述高职师范生创新能力培育存在的主要问题,提出高职师范生创新能力培育的教学体系构建策略。

Abstract: Higher vocational normal education for social development to cultivate quasi teachers, teachers need to have the ability to innovate, better adapt to social development, improve the quality of school education and teaching. This talent cultivation goal requires that higher vocational normal colleges promote the mutual integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education of normal university students, so that normal university students not only learn professional curriculum knowledge, but also promote the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of normal university students. In this regard, the text focuses on analyzing the value of constructing the teaching system of cultivating innovation ability of normal university students in higher vocational colleges, discusses the main problems existing in cultivating innovation ability of normal university students in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the strategy of constructing the teaching system of cultivating innovation ability of normal university students in higher vocational colleges.
