摘要: 随着社会对应用型法律人才需求的日益增加,应用型高校法学专业教育面临着新的机遇和挑战。非指导性教学思想强调学生主体地位,尊重其自主性和创造性。该文针对如何在非指导性教学理念下建立一套应用型高校法学专业创新教育实践体系,从课程设置、教学方式、实践教学环节、多元化评估等多个方面进行探讨,旨在提高法学专业学生的实际操作能力和创新能力,为社会输送高素质的应用型法律人才。

Abstract: With the increasing demand for applied legal talents in society, the education of law majors in applied universities is facing new opportunities and challenges. The non directive teaching philosophy emphasizes the student-centered position and respects their autonomy and creativity. This article aims to explore how to establish an innovative education practice system for law majors in applied universities under non directive teaching concepts, from multiple aspects such as curriculum design, teaching methods, practical teaching links, and diversified evaluations. The goal is to improve the practical and innovative abilities of law students and provide high-quality applied legal talents for society.
