摘要: 高校人才培养模式的创新与社会就业形势的复杂化,促使大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程逐渐成为高校学生工作的重要抓手。在此背景下,如何在课程建设中充分融入后现代生涯建构论,成为教育领域广泛关注的课题。该文主要围绕后现代生涯建构论的核心思想和大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程的有效融合展开探讨,结合当代大学生个体需求的多元化和职业发展环境的快速变迁,提出高校应改变传统教学模式,注重学生个体的主观能动性和价值建构,进而通过多元化的教学策略,促进大学生职业生涯教育的发展。

Abstract: The innovation of talent cultivation models in universities and the complexity of the social employment situation have gradually made career planning and employment guidance courses for college students an important focus of university student work. In this context, how to fully integrate postmodern career constructivism into curriculum construction has become a widely concerned issue in the field of education. This article mainly explores the effective integration of the core ideas of postmodern career construction theory with college students'career planning and employment guidance courses. Based on the diversification of individual needs of contemporary college students and the rapid changes in the career development environment, college should change the traditional teaching mode, focus on students'subjective initiative and value construction, and promote the development of college students'career education through diversified teaching strategies.
