摘要: 随着人工智能技术的快速发展,高职院校面临调整创新创业人才培养策略的挑战。为适应社会与经济发展需求,该文分析了人工智能对高职教育的影响,探讨当前人才培养存在的问题,如课程内容滞后、实践教学资源不足等,进而提出课程体系创新、教学方法现代化、实践教学强化及产教融合等策略,通过案例分析,为高职院校教育改革提供理论与实践指导,助力培养更多适应未来社会发展的创新创业人才。

Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, vocational colleges face the challenge of adjusting the strategies for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents. To meet the needs of social and economic development, this study analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence on vocational education, explores the problems existing in current talent cultivation, such as the lag of course content and the insufficiency of practical teaching resources, and then proposes strategies such as curriculum system innovation, modernization of teaching methods, strengthening of practical teaching, and integration of industry and education. Through case analysis, it provides theoretical and practical guidance for the educational reform of vocational colleges and helps to cultivate more innovative and entrepreneurial talents adapted to the future development of society.
